It is very important to learn to choose the correct place as it will enhance your mood when you sit to write. A Correct place enhances your determination to write the book more efficiently. Most preferable place for most authors is a decent coffee shop or a library where the outdoor voice doesn't bother you which is the most important thing required in this area.
Go to a library and get a cup of coffee (most libraries nowadays have this facility) or a coffee shop and get the same and sit down with your scribbling pad or laptap (whichever you feel comfortable with) and go on writing it. Don't think of the editing stuff at this point as it can be done later. Don't even think about the polishing of the work at the initial stages of the novel. After completing the book, that can be done with ease.
