It was a beautiful evening on the special occasion of the National Sports day in India. By the collective efforts of Professor Rekha Rao who is a reckoned Entrepreneur, Educationist, English Commentator and a social worker and Mr. Satish Goud who is the convener of the sports cell of Bhartiya Janata Party to bring me to limelight by launching his first book and giving me the required motivation and boost for his future. Eminent personalities like Senor Leader Indrasena Reddy, MLC Ramchander Rao attended the event.
"Coming to him, Padmanabha Reddy's spirit is incredible. At
that age with that spirit, writing a book whose theme is martial arts is not an
easy task. I thank god for giving him such a spirit and hope that he continues
the same spirit forward. If we look at the theme of the novel martial arts, it
is a technique used for self-defense and at times even for offense. If you look
at the ancient tales of Panchatantra, you can actually see that there are
politics, moral values etc., in every single story. The same thing applies
here. We see many animals having different traits. Each of them has its own specialty.
In this modern world, we use these techniques in martial arts. Even in India
this practice of self-defense is practiced in many places. This incredible practice
is being complied in the form of a fiction novel and I once again congratulate
Padmanabha Reddy for this incredible work."
- Senior BJP leader
Indrasena Reddy said at the launch.
These words of the senior leader encouraged me for my future
works. Not only Indrasena Reddy but another reckoned politician and MLC
Ramchander Rao also spoke a few words on this occasion of the book launch.
"As Indrasena Reddy said, martial arts are practiced in many
places till date. The special traits of animals taken and put into self-defense
is truly an incredible feat. Gone are those days when all the students just
used to be glued only to their school or college books. Nowadays, the youth is
being glued to internet. It's not a wrong thing but you have to come out of
that addiction and read books, good boos. This boy has put his thoughts to
paper and that too at this young age. Youth has to read books and write them
too. It's an art and it should be taken forward and I once again congratulate
him for his incredible work."
